The Whitehorse Nordic Centre is a partner of Indy Pass.

The Indy XC Pass offers affordable access to a network of incredible cross-country resorts from across North America. Indy XC pass holders receive two free trail passes with an option to purchase a third-day pass for 25% off rack at each XC Partner Resort.

How can I use my Indy Pass at the Whitehorse Nordic Centre?

Visit the front desk at our Main Chalet and present a valid government-issued photo ID and your Indy card to redeem your pass.

Opportunity Pass

What is it?

Through the generosity of our Season Pass Holders, donated Buddy Passes are available to help more people enjoy cross-country skiing. The Opportunity Pass provides a free day on the trails.

Who is it for?

The Opportunity Pass is available to:

Anyone who feels that the cost of skiing is a barrier.
Anyone with limited financial means.
Anyone interested in trying cross-country skiing who may not otherwise have the opportunity.

How do I get an Opportunity Pass?

Just ask for an Opportunity Pass at the front desk. It's available on a trust basis. No questions asked and no proof required.

Spring Passes

Spring is a favourite time to ski, with longer days, milder temperatures, and abundant sunshine. Spring Passes go on sale March 1 and provide access for the remainder of the grooming season, weather and snow conditions permitting.

Passes Refund Policy

There are no refunds for online or in-house day-ticket or multi-day ticket purchases.
Date exchanges will be approved on a case-by-case basis or, will automatically be granted if the facility is forced to close.

First time buying online at Whitehorse Nordic?

Online store

To purchase a ticket or pass, you will be asked to create an account and log in.

We have been using a new online store since the fall of 2025:

- If you had a season pass in 2025/26 and this is your first time accessing your account, click on the forgot password option under the ‘Login’ button and follow the steps provided. If you receive the error message ‘Email address not registered. Please enter a valid email address. Try your partner's email, an alternate email or contact info@whitehorsenordic.ca for support.

- If it's your first time using our online store, create a new account using the ‘Do not have an account? Click Here’ option at the bottom of the pop-up window. Follow the steps to create your new account. Ensure you add all family members to the new account that will be accessing memberships/passes at the Nordic Centre this season.

Once you have logged in successfully or created your account, you will be able to sign the waiver and proceed with your purchase.

Use the same credentials every time you want to buy a pass.

From your portal, you can keep track of your passes and see how many times you've skied.
