Whitehorse Nordic Centre Spring Passes

Spring Passes are available starting March 1. Join us for late-season skiing with longer days and warmer temperatures, and enjoy unlimited skiing through the end of the grooming season.

Please note:
 

  • GST (5%) is additional to the Spring Pass rate and will be added at checkout.

  • Spring pass prices include mandatory Cross Country Yukon ($9) and Nordiq Canada ($12) insurance & membership.

  • Students must be attending a Canadian college or university full-time to qualify for this rate. A valid student ID may be required upon request.

  • The length of the spring ski season varies each year and is dependent on weather, snow, and trail conditions. Conditions can change quickly, especially in April.

​Spring Pass Refund Procedure

Spring Passes are non-refundable if the season ends earlier than expected. Spring Passes are non-transferable.


Refunds may be considered only in the case of injury or illness occurring after purchase, subject to a $20 administration fee and prorated according to the schedule below (doctor’s note required).

❖ March 1-7: 75% refund, less the $20 administration fee

❖ March 8-15: 50% refund, less the $20 administration fee

❖ No refund after March 15th.  

Login or create your account.

An account is required to purchase and access your digital pass. All skiers must be able to show a valid pass upon request.

  • Before checkout, you will be required to log in or create an account to complete your purchase.

  • In the pop-up window, enter your email address and password. This password will not be the same one you used before Fall 2025.

  • Alternatively, if you had a season pass in 2025/26 and this is your first time accessing your account, click the "Forgot Password?" link under the ‘Login’ button and follow the steps provided.

  • Only the ‘Owner’ of the account can access information online. For families, this will likely be the parent who handled accounts in the past. If you receive the error message Email address not registered. Please enter a valid email address. Try your partner's email, an alternate email or contact info@whitehorsenordic.ca for support.

  • Once you have completed the Login process, you will be able to complete your purchase.

If you are new to the Whitehorse Nordic community, create a new account by clicking the "Do not have an account? Click Here" link at the bottom of the pop-up window.

  • Follow the prompts to create your account.

  • Once your account has been created, you will be able to complete your purchase. 

Access your digital pass

Physical season passes can be printed at the front desk upon request for adults and are required for all skiers under 19 years of age.

  • In the pop-up window, enter your email address and password. 

  • Once you have completed the Login process, click on the ‘Manage My Account’ button.

  • Ensure all information is accurate under the ‘Account Information’ tab. Add any missing photo, address, or contact details.

  • Access other guests on your account under the ‘Manage Members’ tab. Use the ‘Select Member’ drop-down menu to access other members on the account. Ensure all information is accurate for each member on the account. Add other members as necessary using the ‘+ New Member’ button.

  • You can view your digital season pass in the Member Portal.

  • We recommend taking a screenshot of the barcode so it is readily available if requested during a trail pass check.
